Our In-Home & Virtual Urgent Care Pricing

In-Home Visit: $299 flat fee for a basic visit. Includes: in-home examination by a licensed medical provider, up to 2 rapid point-of-care tests (COVID-19, Flu, Strep, etc.), oral medications for on-the-spot treatment, 1 nebulizer treatment if needed, minor wound care if needed, prescription delivery (cost of prescription not included).

In addition to our flat-rate visit, we also offer a variety of add-on services to meet your needs. These include procedures, additional testing, and injection medications for on-the-spot treatment.

Pricing for add-ons may vary, and we’ll always review options with you ahead of time so there are no surprises. You can call us anytime to discuss details before your appointment!

How does your pricing work?

We believe in transparent, upfront pricing—no surprise bills, ever. Before your visit, we’ll review what’s included and discuss any additional services or procedures you might need. You’ll always know the cost before we begin treatment.

What’s included in a standard in-home visit?

Our standard in-home visit fee covers: a comprehensive medical exam by a licensed provider in the comfort of your own home, two rapid point-of-care tests (such as flu, strep, COVID-19, UTI, and more), one nebulizer treatment (if needed), oral medications for on-the-spot treatment (if appropriate), and personalized follow-up care.

Are there any extra charges I should know about?

Some procedures and additional services may not be included in the standard visit. Examples include: laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, ear lavage, suture or staple removal (if not placed by us), injections, additional rapid tests, or blood draws. We’ll always review any recommended procedures and the associated costs with you before moving forward, so you’re never surprised.

Do you offer bundled packages or discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for additional patients seen during the same in-home visit at a single location—perfect for families or groups. We’re also actively considering additional bundled pricing options for common urgent care scenarios or recurring patients. If you’re interested in package pricing or have a specific need, please contact us to discuss the options available.

What about telemedicine visits?

We offer convenient telemedicine visits for patients across Florida. These visits include a virtual consultation and medical advice, with follow-up options available for the same issue if needed.

How do I pay for services?

All services are self-pay at the time of your visit. We accept major credit cards and provide clear receipts for your records.

Do you accept insurance?

Our in-home provider visits and telemedicine visits are self-pay and not billed to insurance. If lab work is needed, we’ll gladly submit your insurance information to our partner labs so those charges may be covered. Lab bills are handled separately by the lab and are not part of our visit fee. The only bill you receive from us is for your visit, which is paid on the day of service. You will never receive a surprise bill from us.

Will I know my total cost before treatment?

Yes! We’ll always review all recommended treatments and associated costs with you before proceeding. No hidden fees, ever.

What if I need a follow-up?

We offer both in-home and telemedicine follow-up visits for the same issue within a set timeframe. Details and costs will be discussed with you in advance.
