Program Description
InMotion Health (“InMotion Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile messaging program (“Program”) that enables users to receive SMS and MMS messages related to appointment reminders, promotional offers, transactional confirmations, updates, and other communications. By opting into the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting into the Program, you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from InMotion Health at the mobile number you provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining the Program
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers & Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery of SMS and MMS messages may be affected or delayed by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program Name Clarification
For the purposes of these Terms, the “Program Name” refers to the legal business entity operating the mobile messaging program, which is InMotion Health.
Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to the use of the Program, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM), and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. You also agree to comply with CTIA messaging principles and best practices.
Industry Standards Compliance
This Program is designed to conform to applicable CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook requirements, carrier messaging rules, and industry standards related to mobile messaging compliance. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for certain messaging campaigns.
Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
